What we offer

Marriage and Family Therapy

Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) is a branch of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate and resolve issues within their relationships. MFT is based on the belief that problems within an individual or family are best understood and treated within the context of their relationships and social systems.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a therapeutic approach in which a small group of individuals, usually led by one or more trained therapists, come together to discuss and explore various personal, emotional, or psychological concerns. It provides a supportive and confidential setting where group members can share their experiences, offer and receive feedback, gain insights, and work towards personal growth and positive change.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a form of therapy where a trained mental health professional works one-on-one with a client to address and treat various mental and emotional challenges. It is a collaborative process that focuses on exploring the client's thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences to promote personal growth, well-being, and positive change.

Structural Family Therapy

Structural family therapy is a therapeutic approach developed by Salvador Minuchin that focuses on understanding and addressing the underlying structure of a family system. It views families as complex systems with interconnected patterns of relationships and interactions. The goal of structural family therapy is to bring about positive changes in the family's structure and functioning to improve the overall well-being of its members.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely recognized and evidence-based therapeutic approach that focuses on the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is grounded in the belief that our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors, and by identifying and challenging unhelpful or distorted thoughts, we can bring about positive changes in our emotional well-being and behavior.

Emotionally Focused Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on emotions and attachment in the context of individual or couples therapy. It was developed by Dr. Sue Johnson and is based on the belief that emotional connection and security are fundamental to human well-being and healthy relationships.
