We provide therapy for couples, families, individuals, and children. Our licensed therapists specialize in relationship issues, communication struggles, parenting support, premarital counseling, infidelity, divorce/separation transitions, and more.

Yes. All of our therapists are licensed MFTs, LPCs, LCSWs or associate clinicians under licensed supervision. Each has extensive training in relational and systemic therapy. We also have Advanced Interns within our practice that offer sliding scale fees as well as free services.

Yes! We offer both in-person and secure online sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences.

We can help match you with a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and schedule. During your initial consultation, we’ll ask a few questions to ensure a good fit.

Most sessions are 50 minutes long. However, longer sessions (75-90 minutes) are available upon request—especially for couples or family work.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and progress.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a full session fees that can be found under our rates section.
