Yes. All of our therapists are licensed MFTs, LPCs, LCSWs or associate clinicians under licensed supervision. Each has extensive training in relational and systemic therapy. We also have Advanced Interns within our practice that offer sliding scale fees as well as free services.

Most sessions are 50 minutes long. However, longer sessions (75-90 minutes) are available upon request—especially for couples or family work.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and progress.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a full session fees that can be found under our rates section.
Your therapist will ask about your goals, background, and what brings you to therapy. It’s a chance to get to know each other and start shaping a plan that works for you.
Yes, your privacy is extremely important to us. All sessions are confidential within legal and ethical limits (e.g., safety concerns may require mandatory reporting).
